Homebuyers can expect custom-built homes, estates and mansions priced from $1.2 million to $7.3 million. The neighborhoods stands out as a low-density in terms of single-family residential. Some properties come with more than an acre of land. On the eastern side of Bridle Trails, close to Redmond's Microsoft campus, there are collections of condos, typically one- or two-bedrooms, priced from $370,000 to $600,000.
