Split-level and Colonial Revival homes are also available and typically go for between $160,000 and $950,000. The square footage for single-family homes falls between 500 and 3,500 and some homes date all the way back to the 1920s. There is newer construction, however, as recently as the early 2000s. Neshaminy High School received a B-plus rating from Niche and first opened in 1953. The school underwent a major renovation project in 2009 that added new classrooms.
