Established homes featuring traditional architectural styles dot quiet neighborhood streets. Residents are served by a Main Street that bisects the community and provides a surprising level of convenience. The surrounding landscape is relatively untouched, featuring acreage homes scattered among the farmland. Those living in the community enjoy a laidback country lifestyle with the added benefits of access to top-rated schools and interstate travel for work and play.

Prevalent in the community is a collection of established homes, from Colonial Revival farmhouses built at the turn of the 20th century to minimalist brick homes built after World War II. Dutch Colonial Revival is the most common architectural style in Bentleyville. Homes are typically priced between the low $100,000s to the high $200,000s, although acreage homes can sell for hundreds of thousands more depending on how much land accompanies the purchase.
