Boca Bridges provides resort-style living inside a gated community
Resort-style amenities and customized homes await beyond the gated entryways of Boca Bridges, one of the newest luxury communities in the Boca Raton area. "Boca Bridges has more high-end houses than the neighboring Lotus community. It's a great location that has fairly newer construction. Some homes are 8,000 square feet," says Roberto Cortina, a Boca Raton resident and real estate agent with Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate. "It's a great community with extra security. It's very family-friendly. They are close to private schools." Boca Bridges offers private recreational conveniences in a quiet residential haven near shops and restaurants.
Buyers will find luxury homes with customizations
The streets in Boca Bridges curve around ponds, providing waterfront views from the backyard of each residential property. Inside the community are about 500 houses that display contemporary and transitional architecture. "The properties are incredible. They are higher-end and more extravagant than nearby developments," Cortina says. These luxury homes range from about 2,600 square feet to over 8,000 square feet. The developer, GL Homes, constructed each residence based on five distinct models; however, most dwellings include individual customizations, like unique outdoor lighting or kitchen upgrades. Heated pools and private gyms are common in homes. "The houses range from $2 million to $6.5 million. The HOA fees are about $1,000 to $1,200 a month," Cortina says.
Students attend highly rated schools in the district
Families are zoned for highly rated Palm Beach County School District schools. Whispering Pines Elementary and Eagles Landing Middle both have A-minus ratings from Niche. Olympic Heights Community High earns an A and ranks among the top public high schools in the district on Niche. The Palm Beach County School District offers school choice options across 125 academic locations. Divine Savior Academy, a private school about 2 miles outside the neighborhood, accepts prekindergartners to seventh graders.
Dining at Cut 5 and shopping on Atlantic Avenue or Glades Road
The restaurant Cut 5 is inside the Boca Bridges clubhouse, and there are many other dining options nearby. "On Atlantic, the main strip is filled with restaurants, bars and cafés that are not too far away," Cortina says. He recommends Warren Delray, a popular establishment serving elevated American cuisine in addition to a wide selection of wines and whiskeys. Residents can pick up groceries at the Publix in Delray Marketplace, about 5 miles away. The neighborhood is also 7 miles from premium shopping on Glades Road, including the Town Center at Boca Raton.
Enjoying Boca Bridge Clubhouse or the nearby county green space
"It's a resort-style community with all the features and amenities you'll need. It has a pool, splashpad, tennis, pickleball and a clubhouse," Cortina says. The exclusive 27,000-square-foot facility stands as the centerpiece of Boca Bridges. The public Burt Aaronson South County Regional Park, about 5 miles away, provides nature trails and a boat ramp on Sunset Cove. Residents are also about a 10-mile drive from the Atlantic Ocean's sunny coastline.
Commutes to the Florida Turnpike and nearby destinations
There's a PalmTran bus stop roughly 2 miles down Lyons Road, but locals typically commute by car. Residents get in and out of Boca Bridges from the two gated entrances on the eastern and northwestern sides of the neighborhood. Commuters can hop on the Florida Turnpike in approximately 3 miles. West Boca Medical Center is about 6 miles away, while downtown is around 12 miles away. Palm Beach International Airport is roughly a 28-mile drive from most homes.
The neighborhood has a low crime score, but also a risk of hurricanes
Palm Beach County often experiences severe weather, including tropical storms and hurricanes. Although the community is located inside a FEMA Flood Zone X with a low flood risk, the surrounding region has a history of flooding.
The neighborhood's CAP Index Crime Score is 1 out of 10, lower than the national average of 4.
