Boca Square’s palm tree-lined roads are lined mostly with ranch homes built in the late 1950s and throughout the 60s and 70s. Though single-family homes are the primary option in the neighborhood, condos are also available for sale. Home prices typically range from $625,000 to $1.3 million for fully renovated homes. The community hasn't grown since it was originally built, but its not rare for an older home to be torn down to build a new, modern build. These newly built homes can be priced in the multi-millions. Homes have kept their curb appeal throughout the years, and some offer lake views. A big draw for prospective residents is that Boca Square does not have HOA fees.

Minutes from the beach
Sugar Sand Park, less than a mile from Boca Square, is a municipal park spanning over 132 acres. The park has an array of amenities for kids, including ball fields and an expansive playground that has a splash pad and several play structures. Sugar Sand Park is also home to the Children’s Science Explorium, which has interactive exhibits and summer camp programs. Of course, residents are 3 miles from the sandy shores of South Beach Park. Boca Square is also a few miles from several private golf clubs like the Boca Raton Golf Club or the Royal Palm Yacht and Country Club.

Boca Raton Square is part of the Palm Beach County School District, with many children being within walking distance of Addison Mizner School. The school boasts an A-minus Niche score, offering a Pre–Business IT Academy and the Future Business Leaders of America club. Boca Raton Community Middle School also has an A-minus Niche score. Boca Raton Community High School has an A-plus Niche score, and has received an A rating from the Florida Department of Education for 16 years. The high school offers dual enrollment courses with Florida Atlantic University and Palm Beach State College.

Boca Square’s proximity to Downtown Boca Raton means residents are just minutes away from the area’s events throughout the year. Several festivals and events take place in Minzer Park in the downtown area, like the Museum Art Festival and the wintertime Merry in Minzer celebration.

Easy commuting on I-95
Boca Square is minutes from Interstate 95, one of the main arteries for residents making their way to Fort Lauderdale, which is about 20 miles out, or Miami which is 45 miles away. Local roads lead to Downtown Boca Raton, which is about 3 miles from the neighborhood. Boca Raton offers several forms of public transportation, including the Palm Tran and the Broward County Transit. Boca Square is also less than 2 miles away from Baptist Health Boca Raton Regional Hospital, which has over 400 hospital beds and offers an array of specialty services.Proximity to Downtown Boca Raton
Boca Raton Square exits to Palmetto Park Road, a major thoroughfare that has shopping centers and restaurants. Palmetto Park Square has a Publix and chain restaurants along with other shops. Further down the road, in the downtown area, South Federal Highway is lined with an array of dining options. Downtown is also home to the Boca Raton Museum of Art, which is filled with art exhibits and a sculpture garden.
