Boca Square’s palm tree-lined roads are lined mostly with ranch homes built in the late 1950s and throughout the 60s and 70s. Though single-family homes are the primary option in the neighborhood, condos are also available for sale. Home prices typically range from $625,000 to $1.3 million for fully renovated homes. The community hasn't grown since it was originally built, but its not rare for an older home to be torn down to build a new, modern build. These newly built homes can be priced in the multi-millions.
