Bocaire Country Club
Pristine greens and social events at Bocaire Country Club
The community is centered around its 18-hole golf course, which was redesigned by Kipp Schulties in 2018 at a cost of $8 million. Beyond golf, the club has a fitness center, outdoor pool, spa, tennis courts and playground. Indoor and outdoor dining is offered and there are also special themed dinners. Social events are a big part of membership as well, which is limited only to residents. “It also has a ‘one up, two down’ membership where your parents and children can also be members once you’re a member, which is rare,” Lombardo says.Custom waterfront estates and golf course properties
Homes in Bocaire Country Club are custom-built single-family houses, ranging from estates that overlook the club’s golf course to waterfront properties along the community’s lakes. “The houses do have a flow to them; they’re not cookie cutter,” Lombardo says. “And there’s a lot of new construction coming in.” Homes range from $1.5 million to $3 million and typically feature amenities like outdoor pools; many that were built in the 1980s and ’90s have been renovated. The neighborhood’s manicured landscaping and palm tree-lined streets are maintained by the homeowners association, whose fees run around $6,700 a year.Suntans and swimming at Atlantic Dunes Park
