Quiet, tree-lined roads, excellent schools and numerous amenities nearby, the Brickyard Road – Queensgate neighborhood checks all the boxes for a suburban getaway. Located on the southeastern end of Bothell and near Woodinville’s bustling downtown area, residents in this neighborhood are in the middle ground of a wealth of shops, dining, and outdoor areas in both cities. Craig Zhou, broker with Windermere Real Estate, says the location is a big draw for prospective residents. “It’s right by the 405 and also very close to a park and ride, the locations very convenient to people working in Bellevue or Kirkland.” He continues to say many neighborhoods are well maintained and “It gives you a more luxury and high-end feeling.”

You’ll find a blend of living options throughout the community, from rental properties to town houses to single-family homes. Sidewalk-lined roads make it easy for residents to go for a morning jog or walk with their pup, and many of the streets end in cul-de-sacs that cuts down on through traffic. The neighborhood is broken into several subdivisions, including condominium communities and mobile home parks. You can find a newly built three- to four-bedroom town house with spacious interiors and enclosed garages for $840,000 as well as craftsman homes with front patios and plenty of windows to let in natural sunlight that has recently sold from $1.1 million to $1.9 million.

Many highly rated schools in the Northshore School District are very close to the neighborhood. Some students can walk to Woodmoor Elementary School, home of the Dolphins. Students at Woodmoor have several enrichment activities at their fingertips, including band, orchestra and cross country. Students will then attend Northshore Middle School and Inglemoor High School afterward. Inglemoor High has an A rating from Niche, boasting a 96 percent graduation rate in its recent 2021-2022 class. Students have an abundance of academic and extracurricular programs at their disposal, ranging from their Running Start program that provides college credit to Advanced Placement courses.

There are plenty of options if you want to get outdoors for some fresh air, whether you’re walking along the Sammamish River Trail and taking in the scenic water views or playing pickleball at Brickyard Road Park. Located in the heart of the neighborhood, this 3-acre park features a playground for children to play on, as well as a basketball court perfect for a pickup game. If you want to have an afternoon lunch, there are plenty picnic tables around. There are several parks nearby, including the expansive 40-acre Blyth Park, which has long stretches of paved trails and a disc golf course.

Though residents are just minutes away from downtown Woodinville and the many shops and dining in Bothell’s Main Street. However, there are plenty of options down Woodinville Drive along the northern side of the neighborhood, with a variety of international cuisines, including Indian, Cuban and Mexican fare, among others. Woodinville Cut Shop is a popular spot for its groovy vibes in a 70s themed environment, as well as its expansive menu with steaks, burgers and more.

Convenient and quick access to Interstate 405 and state route 522 gives residents a jump start on their commute and an easy way to get around the area. You’ll also find public bus stops along Brickyard Road Northeast, the neighborhood’s main thoroughfare. While living in the Brickyard Road – Queensgate neighborhood, nothing's too far away, making it a premium example of convenience and suburban comfort.
