Within walking distance to the beach
With prime location being one of the real estate adages, much is going for the Chapel Hill neighborhood in Boynton Beach, about 55 miles from downtown Miami. In the case of Chapel Hill, the variety of homes and prices, the range of parks and the convenience of services and entertainment all point to why this Boynton Beach neighborhood is one of the most popular in the area. Most homes in the Chapel Hill neighborhood are within 2 miles of world-class beaches; some homes even have a great view of the Intracoastal Waterway.
Wide range of prices
There’s a home option for almost every budget. “One-bedroom condos in the neighborhood, for example, with amenities like a pool, fitness center, and a clubhouse, start at around $200,000,” says James Arena, a Realtor, owner, and broker with Arena and Company Real Estate. He grew up in the Chapel Hill neighborhood. “Contrast that with estate homes on large lots, on the water, that sell in the millions.” In between are townhouses that begin at $400,000 and single-family homes that start at $500,000. “What matters is the lot size and proximity of the Intracoastal Waterway,” Arena says. “The larger and closer to the water, the more high-end and high-cost the homes become.” Another attraction for living in Chapel Hill is the absence of homeowners association fees. A few condos and townhouses with a water view have fees between $600 and $800 monthly.
