The neighborhood is divided into three distinct sections, each offering different housing types. The Tradewinds section features a collection of single-story attached villas and condos with Spanish Revival flare. Units range from one- to three-bedroom. Southlake similarly offers townhouses with stucco exteriors and tiled roofs. These units include single-car garages. The Shoreline section offers single-family homes, with some having canal access. Coastal Contemporary and Spanish-Revival are popular architectural styles. Backyard pools are common, and the waterfront builds have small private docks.
