And with well-connected transportation routes next to Interstate 95, residents can conveniently travel throughout South Florida. “It’s well located and well kept,” says Neil Picart, a local real estate agent with KW Reserve Palm Beach. “It’s a nice, gated community where prices are reasonable. People choose it because it is for easy access to Interstate 95.”

The neighborhood is divided into three distinct sections, each offering different housing types. The Tradewinds section features a collection of single-story attached villas and condos with Spanish Revival flare. Units range from one- to three-bedroom. Southlake similarly offers townhouses with stucco exteriors and tiled roofs. These units include single-car garages. The Shoreline section offers single-family homes, with some having canal access. Centennial Park hosts year-round events
Centennial Park is 3.5 miles away and hosts numerous events put on by the city of Boynton Beach.
