Waterfront Mediterranean-style homes
Mediterranean-inspired New Traditional and ranch homes dominate the streetscape in Valencia Isles, with stucco siding, barrel roof tiles and arches incorporated into the design. Other standard features include driveways and two-car garages. Spacious sidewalks flank meticulously maintained lawns that feature palm trees and vibrant gardens. Three-bedroom options typically range from $500,000 to $900,000, though a few are priced around $460,000. A larger four-bedroom home can exceed the $1 million mark. The neighborhood’s homeowners association fees start around $500 and can climb to $800. Those costs cover landscaping, high-speed internet, a $350 credit to the community restaurant, a fresh repaint every five years and more.Recently renovated clubhouse and tennis courts on-site
Packed with new amenities, the Valencia Isles Clubhouse was renovated in 2019 and has become a hub for community activity. There’s a heated swimming pool, a hot tub, a fitness center, card rooms, a ballroom, an arts and crafts studio and The Bistro. Neighbors will likely run into each other at the neighborhood’s Sports Park, too, where they can play a game of tennis and pickleball or take lessons from the on-site pros. Golf enthusiasts will enjoy the proximity to Indian Spring Country Club, which borders Valencia Isles’ eastern end. The clubhouse is about 2 miles from the neighborhood, and there are two 18-hole courses available to play. The private, members-only club also has a putting green and driving range where golfers can practice their swing or short game before teeing off.Nearby Palm Beach County schools could impact traffic
Hagen Road Elementary School sits just north of Valencia Isles along Hagen Ranch Road, which could create more traffic near the neighborhood as Palm Beach County students commute to and from class. Other area schools include Christa McAuliffe Middle School and Boynton Beach Community High School. The middle school is the highest rated of the three on Niche, given an A-minus. Hagen Road Elementary earns a B-plus, while Boynton Beach Community High has a C-plus.Dozens of clubs offer community connection
There’s rarely a day in Valencia Isles when some sort of class or group get-together isn’t offered. "We have about 50 to 75 clubs, and you can start a club if you don't see something you're interested in. Though I can't imagine not finding anything to join,” says Hass. Men’s and women’s golf clubs meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays, along with a billiard club and Tai Chi club. The ping pong club meets daily, and throughout the rest of the week, there are plenty of other activities, including aerobics classes, water volleyball and happy hours.Boca Raton and West Palm Beach within driving distance
Vibrant downtown districts and beaches are within driving distance of Valencia Isles. Boynton Beach is 6 miles west of the neighborhood, while Boca Raton sits about 12.5 miles south and can be reached by traveling along Jog Road. Locals can take Interstate 95 for roughly 21.5 miles to West Palm Beach. When residents want to get out of town, they can also make the trip along I-95 for about 20 miles to Palm Beach International Airport.Community restaurant with table service
The Bistro serves as the community restaurant with table service and an expansive menu. “There’s indoor and patio seating,” Hass says. “It’s open for breakfast and lunch. You can get anything from omelets and pancakes to fabulous salads and sandwiches. For dinner, there are takeout entrees like stuffed cabbage, turkey and all kinds of soups.” Valencia Isles is also close to commercial areas, like the Shoppes on Woolbright, which houses a Publix for grocery needs. The small shopping complex also has patio cafes, like Dune Deck’s and Jax Bistro, where locals can get together for an outdoor brunch. Larger shopping options are 6 miles east in Boynton Town Center and Boynton Beach Mall, which features chains like Target, Barnes & Noble, and Macy’s, along with a movie theater.
