100-year-old homes near Downtown Bozeman
Two blocks from the traffic lights and storefronts of downtown Bozeman, trees, 100-year-old homes and green lawns define the streets of Bogert Park. “People like being close to downtown and live in those 1900’s historical homes,” says Ryan Martello, a Realtor with Realty ONE Group Peak. Bogert Park is part of the Lindley Place Historic District, where remodeling properties requires approval from the city, and adherence to these guidelines ensures the character of the area. The neighborhood is also within walking distance of two popular parks.
