Prewett Ranch has numerous green spaces, the largest of which is the Sunset Park Athletic Complex. Spanning 38 acres, the sports park has six lighted baseball fields and four lighted soccer fields of varying sizes. Several concession stands and barbecue areas are scattered throughout. The neighborhood is divided into halves by Brentwood Boulevard. On the western side, contemporary and custom-built houses from the early 2000s rest on oversized lots. Prices start around $500,000 for contemporary residences and continue to $1.5 million for custom-built houses.
