"Broadview Heights has a top-rated school system, which is a big draw," Realtor Chris Davidson of Howard Hanna says. With approximately 4,000 students, Brecksville-Broadview Heights City School District is ranked ninth best in Ohio and third best in the Cleveland-Akron-Canton area.
