A convenient location makes Candlewood "a commuter's dream"
Candlewood is a suburban community in central Brooklyn Park. Tucked between the family friendly neighborhoods of Shingle Creek and Tessman, Candlewood reflects a similar tendency toward the younger crowd, with a median age in the mid-30s. Proximity to the local community college is one factor, while the other concerns its location. “It’s a commuter’s dream,” says Chris Yarbro, who has served the area as an associate with Re/Max Advantage Plus for 12 years. Close to two major thoroughfares, trips to the Twin Cities are straightforward. However, Candlewood residents have enough space to avoid the worst of highway noise and congestion.
