Brownstown is convenient and full of nature

Living in Brownstown means having a little bit of everything – it's a well-planned suburban neighborhood surrounded by a beautiful rural landscape and any retail residents may need. “It’s a great area. People are very friendly, and there’s always a lot to do,” says Tabatha Kibat, a corporate Broker with eXp Realty. The neighborhood is split into two sides: a heavily wooded area with creeks in the western portion of Brownstown, and condensed neighborhood streets in the east. U.S. Highway 24 and Interstate 75 cut through the area and provide easy access for residents to drive to where they need to go.

Over 11 miles north of the area, Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport can be found off of Interstate 94. While the portion of the neighborhood along Interstate 75 is mostly made up of industrial warehouses, rows of homes are found all throughout Woodhaven. First-time homebuyers, families and retirees alike can all find something they like in Brownstown that keeps them in the area. With a plethora of parks and restaurants nearby, there's always something to do.
