Residential comforts in emerging Midtown Bryan
Country Club Estates is right in the heart of Bryan’s promising Midtown corridor, giving its residents a suburban atmosphere just minutes away from outdoor fun, local shops and restaurants. Bryan's Midtown area is just south of Downtown, and stretches all the way to Texas A&M University. The city has shown vested interest in building the area to be an attraction for visitors and residents alike, and Country Club Estates is right in the middle of that growth. “Location-wise, it’s great because it’s pretty close to the Texas A&M University campus, and it’s in the new Midtown section that the city has just developed. It’s right across the street from numerous wonderful things in the area,” says Sarah Norman, a Realtor with Legacy Realty Group with over 40 years of experience in the Bryan and College Station area.
