Wheeler Ridge is right along Boonville Road, which leads to the Earl Rudder Freeway. "If you get on Boonville, you're a straight shot to downtown," Schwartz says. All of downtown Bryan's restaurants and local shops are just 4 miles away. Residents are 5 miles from the Texas A&M campus, where they can catch a football game at Kyle Field or a basketball game at Reed Arena. The community's location in the Bryan/College Station crossroads means other amenities like Easterwood Airport are just 7 miles away, and St. Joseph Health Hospital is less than 4 miles out.
