Stevenson High School access is the main attraction
The homes in the Woodlands of Fiore neighborhood in Buffalo Grove, a northwest suburb 35 miles from Chicago, are in a sought-after section of the village. “That’s because everyone wants to be in this part of Buffalo Grove because the schools feed into Stevenson High School,” says Susan Libman, a Realtor with the Judy Greenberg Team at Compass. “Even after the kids move out, people tend to want to stay in this neighborhood, and even the kids want to move back here. There are townhouses or condos if there’s a need to downsize.”
Many schools in the area feed into Stevenson High
