"North Buffalo is considered a great area, especially to the locals," says Maureen Flavin, a Realtor with Howard Hanna, who has 32 years of experience. "North Park feels like its own little neighborhood compared to downtown and it's all because of the main strip."

The closest airport is Buffalo Niagara International Airport, 10 miles away, and for immediate medical care, Veteran's Hospital is 4 miles down Hertel Avenue.
