There are some really nice bike trails,” says Lakea Perry-Burton, a licensed real estate salesperson with EXP Realty, who has been selling homes in the area for nine years. “It’s a very diverse area. You have college students and locals from every walk of life. It’s got a very welcoming vibe.”
