Chandler Park has a suburban yet walkable lifestyle
Chandler Park is a classic suburb with tree-lined streets of single-family homes, yet the community is most prized for its proximity to jobs. “We have plenty of studios in Burbank. About 60% of people are in preproduction or postproduction at Disney, Nickelodeon and ABC, which is now with Disney. It’s been that way for 25 to 35 years now,” says Joyce Starleaf, who works with Equity Union Real Estate and has over two decades of experience in the area. With Nickelodeon Animation Studio on its east side, Chandler Park residents can enjoy a suburban lifestyle with a rare twist — walkability to the workplace. It's also within walking distance of multiple retail districts, giving this calm residential area access to a vibrant array of restaurants and entertainment.

The recreation space offers many activities, with a shaded playground, tennis courts and ballfields. It’s also home to Olive Recreation Center, which houses a gym and a basketball court. Lincoln Park, also on the south end of Chandler Park, has sculptures along walking paths shaded by willow and evergreen trees. Buena Vista Branch Library is next door, so visitors can easily check out a book and read it on a park bench.
