Outside the country club, cul-de-sacs and residential streets feature a mix of Craftsman and ranch-style single-family homes. Three-bedroom homes tend to range from $200,000 to $450,000, while homes with five bedrooms or more go for $500,000 to $875,000.Country club amenities: golf, swimming and pickleball

Recreational facilities at the club include a pool that offers swimming lessons, a fitness center with personal trainers, and courts for tennis and pickleball. Members can also choose between three on-site restaurants, ranging from fine dining to elevated bar food, while vintner dinners and wine tastings are available to all members, with discounts for Wine Society Members. Numerous homes within Glenmoor are located on the golf course itself. “Of course, the homes on the golf course are the most desirable whether you’re a golfer or not,” says Wilkof.
