This primarily residential neighborhood lies east of the lake in a grid style with several cul-de-sacs branching out toward the waterfront. Properties are typically tidy and shaded by mature trees. Architecture styles include bungalows and split levels, often displaying Cape Cod-style elements such as shingle siding and dormer windows. Jaren Fink, a Realtor at RE/MAX Infinity and Perry Township native, notes that this price point is a draw for residents. “You can still be in a good location with great schools without paying half a million dollars,” he says.
