“The fishing there is a big deal, and the nature trails are absolutely gorgeous,” says Laura Martin, a real estate broker with Find Home Realty and Perry High School alumna, adding the park's wildlife center is also an interesting place to visit. Less than a mile north is the Brookside Country Club, established in 1922 and home to a golf course ranked among America’s Top 100 Classic Courses. Brookside members can also enjoy an Olympic-sized swimming pool, a poolside cafe and a fitness center with licensed personal trainers. The Pro Football Hall of Fame is less than 4 miles east of the neighborhood and just down the street is the McKinley Presidential Library and Museum, an institution dedicated to the legacy of the 25th president, who was an Ohioan.
The Perry-Sippo Branch of the public library system overlooks Sippo Lake Park with tens of thousands of items to check out and services such as wireless printing, passport renewals or applications and a notary.

Single-family homes starting at $150,000
This primarily residential neighborhood lies east of the lake in a grid style with several cul-de-sacs branching out toward the waterfront. Properties are typically tidy and shaded by mature trees. Architecture styles include bungalows and split levels, often displaying Cape Cod-style elements such as shingle siding and dormer windows. Newly built condos and ranch-style homes with brick facades also are popular. Most single-family homes here sell between $150,000 and $300,000. Jaren Fink, a Realtor at RE/MAX Infinity and Perry Township native, notes that this price point is a draw for residents. “You can still be in a good location with great schools without paying half a million dollars,” he says.

They can finish their education at Perry High School, rated B-minus, which offers 12 Advanced Placement courses and a STEM program for engineering.

The Stark Area Regional Transit Authority operates a bus loop, Route 152, with multiple stops in Perry Township, Canton, and Massillon. Commuters can take State Route 172 into Canton and can also use Interstate 77 to travel approximately 12 miles north toward Akron-Canton Airport.
