Southwest Association of Neighbors filled with minimal traditional homes

Single family houses from the 20th century are at the front of grassy lawns and are close to sidewalks bordering the roads that lead to covered porches where neighbors sit outside and watch the world go by. Some yards are decorated with small bushes and trees. Colorful minimal traditional homes are common, although bungalows and Queen Anne inspired homes also accentuate the neighborhood. Prices tend to fall between $45,000 and $100,000.

Part of Canton City School District, students in the area can start at Cedar Elementary School, which teaches kindergarten through third grade. Fourth through sixth grade are offered at Clarendon Intermediate School, and seventh- and eighth-grade students head to Crenshaw Middle School. All three schools receive a C-minus from Niche.
