Catalina is full of subdivisions with a mix of traditional and Southwestern ranch-style homes on paved and dirt roads, ranging from $350,000 to $750,000. Sweet treats and golden geese
All of Catalina’s shops and restaurants line North Oracle Road on the west side of town. Neighbors go to Bashas’ for groceries and other household essentials. There are also several local retailers, like Golden Goose Thrift Shop, where locals buy and donate used clothes, furniture and other products.
