Custom homes, highly rated schools and low taxes in Cecil Township
The growing community of Cecil Township, located outside Pittsburgh, offers residents a nice selection of homes, highly rated schools and proximity to Southpointe, a nearby business development with several major corporations. “There are very few places that you can build custom homes in our area that are in the Canon-McMillan School District,” says Rich Dallas, Realtor with Berkshire-Hathaway HomeServices. “There's a lot of land to still be developed, so there’s a lot of construction.” Cecil Township is at the northern end of Washington County, which has lower taxes than neighboring Allegheny County.
