Multiple architecture styles in a competitive market

Moore Township offers an array of unique home styles and frameworks from small split-level and ranch-style homes to larger contemporary properties with colonial accents. Smaller 1,500-square-foot homes tend to price between $200,000 and $400,000 while larger estates with upwards of four bedrooms can range from $400,000 to north of $1 million. According to Miklas, the housing market in Moore Township is competitive with some homes selling within a week of their listing, largely due to the area's large lot sizes.

Everybody pitches in to make this a success because they want to continue to have this in their town," Miklas says. "You find people who move in from out of the area, and they absolutely love that we have things like this for the community."
