Zoned to good schools and containing numerous locally-owned eateries along its hilly roads, the township offers an array of nifty perks and amenities along with a strong community connection. Multiple architecture styles in a competitive market
Moore Township offers an array of unique home styles and frameworks from small split-level and ranch-style homes to larger contemporary properties with colonial accents. Smaller 1,500-square-foot homes tend to price between $200,000 and $400,000 while larger estates with upwards of four bedrooms can range from $400,000 to north of $1 million. According to Miklas, the housing market in Moore Township is competitive with some homes selling within a week of their listing, largely due to the area's large lot sizes.
