Contemporary townhouses, Colonial Revival estates and 19th century farmhouses
According to Doyle, “Homes here offer a unique mix of new construction and older homes.” Some homes sit atop hills with wide open yards, while other homes have long driveways shaded with trees that lead to expansive estates sitting on acreages. Many single-family homes and estates are found in Colonial Revival and contemporary styles, and there are also Victorian and Colonial homes and farmhouses that were built in the 19th century. Residents will also find contemporary townhouses and condos available, often with updated amenities. For single-family homes, buyers should expect to spend between $400,000 and up to $1.5 million for estates. Townhouses typically cost between $350,000 and $650,000.
