Two-story Georgian houses, Cape Cods and cottage-style homes are also available, but rarer.Two- to three-bedroom homes in need of renovations start at about $92,000 and go up to about $283,000, while turnkey homes go from about $240,000 to $550,000. Larger four- to five-bedroom homes are generally move-in-ready when they hit the market and range from about $283,000 to $660,000. A limited amount of Multi-family homes, including two-flats and condos, are also available nearby. Prices range from about $96,000 to $265,000 for individual units and $440,000 to $540,000 for whole buildings.
