With development beginning in the 1960s and continuing into the 2020s, Cimarron Hills boasts an eclectic collection of housing options. Around Cimarron Eastridge Park, homebuyers can find three-bedroom raised ranch-style homes with attached garages and modest lots starting at about $360,000. In the northeastern corner of the neighborhood, the Claremont Ranch subdivision includes four-bedroom new traditional homes built in the early 2000s, with prices ranging from about $435,000 to $485,000.
