Classic midwestern suburb with the benefits of Cincinnati proper
Central Delhi is a classic midwestern suburb with rolling hills along the banks of the Ohio River. Initially settled in the 1700s, Delhi was a township that earned the moniker "the floral paradise of Ohio" because of its collection of greenhouses. About 7 miles east, Cincinnati has a vast arts scene and professional sports stadiums. Central Delhi has all the benefits of living in Cincinnati proper, with famed chili restaurants, vibrant parks and a family-friendly atmosphere. "Central Delhi is a well-established neighborhood with deep family roots. It's very neighborly," says Amy Getgey, Cincinnati local and Realtor at Comey & Shepherd Realtors. "You can get a lot more for your money here. It's a gem. Unless you are from here, you might not know."
