Cincinnati slows down in the West Side suburb of Cotillion Village
Cincinnati's bustling city life slows down in Cotillion Village, a community characterized by custom homes, well-maintained lawns and tree-lined streets. Between Delhi and the Sayler Park neighborhood, this suburb has a spacious feel with newer architecture on gradual terrain and spacious lots on the edge of a midwestern metro. About 10 miles west of downtown, this is one of many neighborhoods on the West Side with a remarkable reputation for its close-knit community and neighborly atmosphere. "The West Side is the weirdest place you've ever seen. Everyone knows everybody. If they don't know you, they went to school with your relatives," says Roy Webb, an area local and Real Estate Agent at Realtown Realty LLC. "I can't believe they haven't done a TV show on it. I've never seen anything like it."

"This is a really old part of Cincinnati, but it's growing fast. They're building everywhere on this side of town, and it's more affordable."
