"When I first moved here from Dayton, someone told me I was an 'East Sider' because I lived there at the time," says Roy Webb, a real estate agent at Real Town Realty in Cincinnati. Delshire has direct access to the Delshire Swim Club, which has a competition-level pool and a youth swim team. Residents can walk around the duck pond at Delhi Park, which features tennis courts and baseball diamonds. About 3 miles east, Mt.
