Salem Heights offers quiet streets and easy access to Cincinnati
In Anderson Township, Salem Heights is a quiet suburb located around 12 miles from downtown Cincinnati, across the Ohio River. The streets are well-maintained and often end in cul-de-sacs, giving the area a very residential feel. Still, Salem Heights is close to city amenities. “It’s very convenient to kind of everything,” says Ragan McKinney, an Anderson Township resident and broker and Realtor with Ragan McKinney Real Estate. “You can go up the hill for lots of shopping and places to eat, or you can go down the hill for all of the entertainment because Anderson [Township] sits up on a hill.” Salem Heights features top-rated schools, a range of housing options at various price points and multiple parks nearby.
Housing ranges from 1920s renovations to new construction homes

High school students can study at higher education institutions, including the University of Cincinnati and Sinclair Community College, through the College Credit Plus program. The Anderson Parks RecPlex is across the street from the park.
