Ashland Hills
Variety of home styles with spacious lots
Homes in Ashland Hills were built in the 1950s and '60s. “Those are older ranches, but they’re varied. You’ll have a small ranch that’s a three-bedroom, two-bathroom with 1,300 square feet, but then you might have a long one. You won’t see a lot of two-story homes over there,” Griffey says. While the ranch-style homes make up most of the inventory, there are a few other styles, including Victorian and some 21st-century New Traditional homes. They usually have large front and backyards, and many have sheds, workshops or detached garages on the property. Houses in Ashland Hills typically cost between $257,000 and $365,000. Some low-lying parts of the community are prone to flooding.Outdoor recreation is easy to find in Ashland Hills
