New Traditional houses still in development
Winding streets, many of which end in cul-de-sacs, are lined with single-family homes built between 2002 and today. These three to four-bedroom New Traditional houses feature a mix of ranch-style, bi-level and Colonial Revival architectural influences. They range from around $265,000 to $350,000. Most are built on quarter-acre lots with fenced backyards, though some sit on more than an acre of land. A few empty lots are still waiting to be filled. Some areas of the neighborhood don’t have much foliage, while others feature dense woods behind backyards.Sports complex connects to the Clarksville Greenway

The Clarksville Greenway connects to the park at Mary’s Oak Trailhead. The paved trail runs through dense woods for about 9 miles throughout Clarksville.Elementary, middle and high school all in one spot

It’s about a 3-mile drive to the Shoppes at Peachers Mill, where there’s a Publix grocery store, some fast-food restaurants and local multicultural establishments. People can dine out at Philomena Egyptian, Guacamole’s Mexican Restaurant and Oishi Asian Fusion. Tipper’s Neighborhood Pub stays open until 3 a.m. every day and is where people go to drink, play pool and enjoy special events, including live music and karaoke.
