Peachtree is a neighborly community in Clarksville
Peachtree began development in the early 2000s, and single-family homes are still being built today. Larry Evans, a Realtor with Sweet Home Realty and Property Management, has been working in Clarksville for nearly 20 years. He served as a buyer's agent in 2024 and says his client was drawn to the friendliness of the neighborhood. “He talked to the neighbor across the street, and they were very welcoming,” says Evans. “People communicate with each other here and keep their yards nice and neat.” This residential community has less than 300 houses and low-traffic streets with sidewalks. “We’d be out here during the day and see people walking their dogs,” Evans says. While the neighborhood is away from bustling activity, it's located along Peachers Mill Road, which takes residents to nearby stores and restaurants.

New Traditional houses still in development
Winding streets, many of which end in cul-de-sacs, are lined with single-family homes built between 2002 and today. These three-to four-bedroom, New Traditional houses feature a mix of ranch, bi-level and Colonial Revival architectural influences. They range from about $265,000 to $350,000. Most are built on quarter-acre lots with fenced backyards, though some sit on more than an acre of land. A few empty lots are still waiting to be filled. Some areas of the neighborhood don’t have much foliage, while others feature dense woods behind backyards.
