Its single-family homes sit on well-maintained yards with plenty of brick, from the home facades to the mailboxes. “When you drive in, you immediately know this is a really nice place to live,” says Steve Nash, a broker with Keller Williams Realty who has been selling homes in Clarksville for 20 years. “It was one of the more high-end areas when it was first developed, and homes continue to hold their resale value.”
