Single-family homes and townhomes among Clearwater’s natural environment
Townhomes and single-family residences are the defining features of the Brigadoon of Clearwater. Live oaks and bald cypress trees cover the neighborhood, with townhomes close together and featuring small lawns and a community pool. The single-family properties on the edges of the area have more extensive front lawns and backyards. Nature trails and parks surround the neighborhood, close to Clearwater’s attractions. “I have to say it’s a great place to live; it’s close to so many things,” says Kathryn McDaniel Calder, a Broker with Coastal Realty Association and local resident. “If you love nature, it’s a great place to get out and enjoy the Florida weather.”
