The neighborhood is off Drew Street, making it convenient to hop on U.S. Route 19 or McCullen Booth Road. Orange Blossom Estates is mostly car-dependent, but some Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority bus stops may be within walking distance. Homes in the northern portion of the neighborhood are near the Ream Wilson Trail, which runs 13 miles from Clearwater Beach to Tampa Bay at Safety Harbor. St. Pete–Clearwater International Airport is about 8 miles away down U.S. Route 19, and Tampa International Airport is an approximately 15-mile drive on the Courtney Campbell Causeway. A shuttle service travels between the two airports.
