Condos and patio villas in a 55-plus community, and ranch houses for all ages
Overall, prices in the neighborhood range from almost $200,000 to around $600,000. Woodgate comprises a handful of subdivisions, largely separated into two communities: Woodgate of Countryside and Village on the Green. The latter is a deed-restricted 55-plus community managed by an HOA on the neighborhood’s north side. It features condos and single-family properties known as Patio Villas, which max out prices in Village on the Green at around $430,000. On the south side, the Woodgate of Countryside subdivisions have classic ranch-style homes that don’t come up for sale often. Sales data on these 1970s-built houses is limited, but they roughly range from the low $400,000s to $600,000, with four-bedroom pool homes on the higher end. Although most properties in Woodgate are at minimal risk for flooding, there is a special flood zone at the end of Willow Tree Trail, so a few homes there would require flood insurance for a federal mortgage.
