A compact Cleveland community with Puerto Rican influences
Small in size yet abundant in community, Clark-Fulton is Cleveland's most densely populated neighborhood. Much of the area’s vibrancy is accredited to its prominent Puerto Rican population, influencing local art, eateries and green spaces. The city’s annual Puerto Rican Parade even ends at the MetroHealth Medical Center in Clark-Fulton. “It’s slowly becoming a trendy neighborhood, like Ohio City or Detroit-Shoreway,” says Monica Rivera Wilson, a Realtor with Platinum Real Estate who has sold several homes in the area. “The location is a huge selling point. It’s close to the freeway and less than 10 minutes from downtown Cleveland.”
