A neighborhood with an industrial legacy
South Collinwood’s early development was spurred by the construction of 120 miles of railroad track that separated it from Cleveland’s northside. The industrial boom rapidly expanded the area, but it has since quieted down. Today, South Collinwood is attracting more investors who are rehabbing and flipping homes, creating rental opportunities. However, traditional homebuyers can still find charming residences here.
