Properties with price tags up to $1.5 million are located along the lower half of Kissing Camels, near main roads. These homes average five bedrooms and four bathrooms spread across over 4,000 square feet. Lots larger than a quarter acre provide the privacy and personal space neighbors deem vital. Mansions tend to have spots on higher elevations, offering beautiful views of Garden of the Gods’ sandstone structures with Pikes Peak in the background. Lush green grass and mature trees stretch across half-acre lots, extending the boundaries of homes far past four walls. You can also find master-planned housing developments, townhomes and condominium complexes within the $300,000-$650,000 range, but these are not the main reasons buyers bring their search to Kissing Camels.

Students can attend Howbert Elementary, Holmes Middle and Coronado High Schools, all of which received B-minus or higher grades on Niche.
