The suburban developments in Trailridge have wide, curving roads with sidewalks and cul-de-sacs. Spacious new constructions in ranch and modern farmhouse housing styles are perched close to each other on lots that range from a quarter to half-acre. These include The DaVinci Academy, which receives an overall grade of A-minus from Niche; Discovery Canyon Campus Middle School, which earns an A; and Discovery Canyon Campus High School, which earns an A-minus. Neighborhood pocket parks within walking distance
There are a few pocket parks in the neighborhood where residents can enjoy some fresh mountain air and green space. Farm-themed Apple Park, on the western side of the neighborhood, has a modern playground with colorful structures, exercise equipment and a covered pavilion. On the eastern side of the neighborhood is Lizard Leap Park, which includes a playground, pavilion and sweeping views of the Rockies. Residents can also head just north of Trailridge to Mary Kyer Park, where they can enjoy paved walking trails, playgrounds, sports courts and a large, scenic pond.
There is plenty of space at Frog's Leap Park to run and play.
There are swings for all ages at Lizard Leap Park.

Indian cuisine, local coffee and nearby shopping centers
Residents need not go far when they want to dine out. Right in the neighborhood is local favorite Shri Ganesh, serving authentic Indian and Nepalese cuisine in a cozy atmosphere. However, proximity to several main thoroughfares, including Voyager Parkway and Ronald Reagan Highway, offers easy commutes with straight shots to Denver and Colorado Springs.
