The suburban developments in Trailridge have wide, curving roads with sidewalks and cul-de-sacs. Neighborhood pocket parks within walking distance

There are a few pocket parks in the neighborhood where residents can enjoy some fresh mountain air and green space. Farm-themed Apple Park, on the western side of the neighborhood, has a modern playground with colorful structures, exercise equipment and a covered pavilion. On the eastern side of the neighborhood is Lizard Leap Park, which includes a playground, pavilion and sweeping views of the Rockies. Residents can also head just north of Trailridge to Mary Kyer Park, where they can enjoy paved walking trails, playgrounds, sports courts and a large, scenic pond.

Indian cuisine, local coffee and nearby shopping centers

Residents need not go far when they want to dine out. Right in the neighborhood is local favorite Shri Ganesh, serving authentic Indian and Nepalese cuisine in a cozy atmosphere. A few doors down, locals can get their java fix at Loyal Coffee, where they roast and brew their own specialty coffees. Voyager Parkway and Interstate 25 connect locals to two Northern Colorado Springs shopping centers. Just over 2 miles north of Trailridge is Northgate Plaza, where residents can grab groceries at Sprouts Farmers Market or have some fun at Air City 360 and Top Golf. For retail shopping, Chapel Hills Mall is located 5 miles south of Trailridge and is home to big box stores and dozens of popular retailers.

Quick access to the cities via Ronald Reagan Highway

Most residents get around town by car, as public transportation routes do not service the neighborhood. However, proximity to several main thoroughfares, including Voyager Parkway and Ronald Reagan Highway, offers easy commutes with straight shots to Denver and Colorado Springs. Trailridge provides quiet, spacious living with scenic views and access to the best Colorado has to offer.
