Easy commuting in the heart of MidTown
Budget-friendly midcentury homes shaded by mature trees with access to MidTown amenities are the calling cards of Columbus's Briarwood neighborhood. Part of the easternmost reaches of the Wynnton suburbs, Briarwood may be a good fit for those seeking a starter home and proximity to places like Uptown and Lakebottom Park without the price tag. “You can get around easily here,” says Realtor David Hickox with Keller Williams River Cities. Hickox has been selling homes for nearly 5 years. “It’s one of those MidTown neighborhoods on Macon/Wynnton Road, so you can get to Uptown in minutes, or you can hop on the interstate and get to Fort Benning quickly. It’s a good location for those who want to transition between different areas of the cities quickly.”
