Antrim is a suburban neighborhood located north of Downtown Columbus.
Antrim is a small neighborhood with easy access to parks and dining
Just north of Interstate 270, Ohio's Outerbelt, Antrim’s spacious homes and easy access to everyday conveniences give it the same contemporary feel as some of the newest other Columbus neighborhoods. With only about 300 houses, it’s a quiet area, so it leans into a relaxed atmosphere with tree-lined streets, clean sidewalks and well-kept yards. One of the biggest perks is the location: you’re surrounded by plenty of green space, family-owned restaurants and some of the city’s strongest public schools.
Large contemporary homes with modern features and quick sales
Most of the homes in Antrim are two-story contemporary Craftsman or New Traditional-style places, usually with brick or stone exteriors. “As Columbus grew, spots like this were the only place that builders could go,” says Jamie Maze, Realtor and team leader of Maze & Company. “So the houses are much newer than across the Outerbelt.” At around 3,000 square feet, their average size is relatively large, and many top 5,000. Amenities like finished basements, screened porches and water views are common, and most homes have double- or triple-car garages. Monthly HOA fees are also typical, ranging from around $30 to $300. These fees generally cover basic neighborhood maintenance, but also sometimes cover lawncare and different utilities. The median price for a single-family home in Antrim sticks to the low $600,000s, similar to what you’ll see in Olentangy Highlands, but considerably more than nearby neighborhoods like Worthington Green, Brookside Village and Worthingview. Even with these higher prices, houses in the area move quickly, usually selling in around three weeks. Condos are also available, generally between the low $400,000s and the high $600,000s, depending on size and extras.

The Olentangy River Parklands is a long stretch of waterfront green space with a skate park, tennis courts and access to the 14-mile Olentangy Trail for hikers and bikers.
Perry Park is best known for its lit baseball diamonds and soccer fields, along with picnic areas and walking paths.

Antrim is close to major retail and popular dining
Just under three miles from the neighborhood, The Shops at Worthington Place is an easy go-to for shopping, with places like Kroger and Talbots nearby. If you want a bigger selection, Polaris Fashion Place is also close, offering roughly 150 stores, restaurants and services. When it comes to food, Worthington Tavern is a local favorite for scratch-made comfort dishes served in a cozy, old-school tavern setting. And if you’re craving something more laid-back, George’s Linworth Diner is a classic greasy spoon where you can count on all the familiar favorites.
Central location offers quick drives to major Columbus areas
Besides being right next to Worthington, Antrim is in a pretty handy spot for getting to work. “The neighborhood’s centrally located,” says Realtor Sue Lusk-Gleich with Keller Williams Capital Partners. “It has great access to downtown.” Columbus and New Albany are roughly 15 miles away, and places like Westerville, Dublin and Hilliard are closer to the 10-mile mark. Since bus stops are few and far between, most people here rely on their cars for commuting and running errands.
