Sought-after single-family houses
"There is not a lot of land left to develop in the area. The neighborhood was one of the last areas in Worthington to be built out," Lusk-Gleich says. Most of the neighborhood was developed between 2006 and 2009. In the southeast quadrant of Antrim, properties tend to be less expensive than in the northeast quadrant. Homebuyers can purchase a late 2000s brick-and-vinyl-exterior townhouse for between $340,000 and $450,000. Three-bedroom late 2000s contemporary-style houses sell for between $430,000 and $630,000. "If you're elderly, the taxes might force you out, but that's the only real downside of living there. Our county has experienced a fairly significant tax increase in the last year," Lusk-Gleich says. There is a condo community at the corner of Linworth and Bluffview. Those properties sell for between $580,000 and $780,000, and there is a $350 monthly fee to live there.
