The homes of Broadleigh
The main attraction in Broadleigh is its affordable housing prices, according to Remington Lyman , owner, agent and principal broker at Reafco Real Estate. “You can find a single-family home for under $200,000," says Lyman. "For that, you get a lot of house — sometimes over 1,500 square feet.” The homes of Broadleigh come in the form of Cape Cod, New Traditional and ranch-style homes built in the late 1970s and early 1980s. Most have modest front yards and one-car driveways, and established sidewalks line most of the streets. Those looking to purchase a home in the community can expect a price range from $140,000 for a two-bedroom home to $370,000 for a larger, recently updated house.
