Johnson Park Middle School sits on the south side of the Eastmoor neighborhood in Columbus.
The school’s robust curriculum goes above and beyond traditional middle school classroom topics to explore world languages, computer science, automation and robotics, music technology and more. The Johnson Park Panthers athletics programs, available to the school’s seventh and eighth grade students, range from soccer and volleyball to softball and basketball.
Students pursue personal and leadership development through the National Junior Honor Society, social justice groups, service-learning, peer mediation and the Young Scholars Program. Additional extracurricular opportunities include yearbook, essay and drawing contests, drama, choir, band and orchestra.
Johnson Park is also a shelter site for English-language learners. The school also fosters a variety of community partnerships with local organizations including Barnett Recreation Center, Smooth Transitions, Beautiful Me, A.B.L.E., Nationwide Children’s Hospital, Directions for Youth, Community for New Directions and Nationwide Children’s Behavioral Health.

My son goes here and he's in the 6th grade and he's being bullied and the teachers aren't doing anything about it.

Hello my son is a student at Johnson park the first school day what attire my attention was every thing was in order yu don't see the chao that the other schools had to me discipline is part of education so I hope it will continue .

I loved the school when I attended there. Great education value with a balance of teacher support and student support. Huddy was a cool guy.

I went to this school in 06-07 & 07-08 and this was the best middle school that I have ever went to.....I love the principal and all the teacher's
