Brookside Elementary, McCord Middle and Worthington Kilbourne High
One of the main attractions of Brookside Village is access to highly rated schools. Kids start at Brookside Elementary, which has a B-plus rating on Niche. “Brookside Elementary is supported by the neighborhood by enthusiastic parents who love that there’s a school nearby for their young kids,” says Kristen Maetzold, Realtor with Howard Hanna Real Estate Services. The Brookside PTA is very active, planning events throughout the year, including a scavenger hunt, hayride and a chili cookoff.
From there, kids advance to McCord Middle School, which has an A-minus rating on Niche. Worthington Kilbourne High School scores well on academics, the quality of teachers and college prep, and has an A-minus rating.
