Renovated midcentury homes
Nearly half of the residences in Holly Hill are single-family homes, and the rest are apartments. Houses are generally one-story Cape Cod and ranch-style homes, reflecting their midcentury construction dates. “The home styles are true to the era in which they were built with ranch-style and one-story homes over a full basement,” says Johnson. Driveways are common, as are carports and the occasional attached garage. Eighth-acre lots are standard, though corner properties can have as much as a quarter-acre. Prices range from the low $100,000s to the mid-$200,000s, depending on renovations and overall quality.
